Brian is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm.

Brian specialises in Financial Services Law, and advises on a range of banking, lending, security review and enforcement matters. Brian specialises in security documentation and security enforcement litigation in relation to residential, investment and commercial properties and construction projects.

Brian also specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law and more particularly in the areas of General Business and Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Shareholder and Joint Venture Agreements, Corporate Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Partnership Law and a wide range of corporate transactions and arrangements.

Brian is also heavily involved in the areas of Commercial and Employment Disputes, general Civil and Commercial litigation, Corporate Rescue, Insolvency and Employment law.

Brian has extensive experience in Intellectual Property law and advises and assists companies and individuals in all areas concerning the protection of ideas and intellectual property.

Prior to establishing the firm in 2009, Brian was a Partner with O’Flynn Exhams, Solicitors, where he was in charge of its Dublin practice for several years. While at O’Flynn Exhams, he specialised in Commercial and Corporate law as well as Commercial and General Litigation. Brian also gained considerable exposure to private client matters. Prior to joining O’Flynn Exhams, Brian worked for seven years as a Company and Commercial Solicitor in A&L Goodbody.

He has tutored in the Law Society and has also published a number of articles in journals and newsletters and given presentations on Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law issues to various bodies and organisations.

Brian is also recognised as an experienced litigator in Legal 500.
